Generally, all ticket purchases are non-refundable. As tickets are unique and cannot be replaced, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted. This is because we purchase tickets in advance to secure availability for our customers. Ticket-only bookings such as the Paris Catacombs are non refundable once the tickets have been sent.
Please be aware that your ticket time may vary by +/- 30 minutes from the time selected during booking. This is due to the Catacombs' entry policies and real-time availability management.
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
a) Official Channel Unavailability: If the official Catacombs of Paris ticket vendor (https://www.catacombes.paris.fr/en) shows no availability for your desired date and time at the time of purchase.
b) Catacombs Closure: If the Catacombs of Paris are officially closed on the date of your ticket due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, special events).
To request a refund under the eligible circumstances:

- Provide your order details and clear evidence supporting your refund request (e.g., a screenshot of the official website showing unavailability, an official announcement of the Catacombs closure).
- Refund requests must be made within a specified timeframe from the date of purchase or event, as indicated on the ticket or our website.
Please note:
- Refunds are processed at our discretion, subject to verification of the provided evidence.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
- We are not responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred due to Catacombs closure or unavailability.
- A booking fee of 10% is deducted from any refund amounts.
